Flying into New York City at night, or any major city, offers an amazing show. I love watching the lights appear on the horizon, slowly filling the view as we approach. This scene was outside my window as we flew into LaGuardia. Clouds floated between me and the ground, offering islands of shadow over the flood of lights below. It was beautiful, like looking onto a dragon's treasure. Flying into New York City at night, or any major city, offers an amazing show.
