This beautiful view across a saltwater marsh caught my attention as I drove by. I stopped the car, pulled out my plein air gear, and started painting away. The colors of fall are often so vibrant that they seem to glow. Juxtaposed against the vibrant hues was the stark white of a large crane fishing in the water. The cooler temperatures mean cozy times by the fire are just ahead. And the animals around here are stocking up with as much food as possible before the long days of winter.
