Media: The encaustics are done on encausticbord (by ampersand) which is a prepared hard board, 1/8" in thickness.

$125 for FRAMED piece. This is an encaustic, incorporating a toner transfer of a welk shell, I found on the coast of Maine.(Encaustic is a process in which you paint with melted wax, fusing each layer together. When polished it gives a luminescence not seen in other mediums.)
