Media: The encaustics are done on encausticbord (by ampersand) which is a prepared hard board, 1/8" in thickness.

$150 for FRAMED piece.Waiting for a friend one summer evening, in Manhattan, I took pictures of the street. This is an encaustic of a pair of bicycles chained up across from a construction site. This encaustic uses a toner transfer. (Encaustic is a process in which you paint with melted wax, fusing each layer together. When polished it gives a luminescence not seen in other mediums.)
