Media: The encaustics are done on encausticbord (by ampersand) which is a prepared hard board, 1/8" in thickness.

$150 for FRAMED piece. This is an encaustic of the Bushmills Inn in County Antrim, Northern Ireland. Just down the road is the Bushmills Distillery, who make a nice Irish whiskey, as well as the geological phenomenom, Giants Causeway. (Encaustic is a process in which you paint with melted wax, fusing each layer together. When polished it gives a luminescence not seen in other mediums.)
