Media: The encaustics are done on encausticbord (by ampersand) which is a prepared hard board, 1/8" in thickness.

$120 for FRAMED piece. In many New England towns you find a quintessential church which was the anchor of the townspeople. This is an encaustic which incorporates a toner transfer. (Encaustic is a process in which you paint with melted wax, fusing each layer together. When polished it gives a luminescence not seen in other mediums.)
