Media: The encaustics are done on encausticbord (by ampersand) which is a prepared hard board, 1/8" in thickness.

$80 for UNFRAMED piece. $130 for FRAMED piece. The Queensboro Bridge spans the East River between Manhattan and the borough of Queens completed in 1909. Also known as the 59th Street Bridge. It is the third bridge built across the east river following the Brooklyn and Manhattan Bridges.This encaustic piece incorporates pan pastel, silver leaf and a toner transfer. (Encaustic is a process in which you paint with melted wax, fusing each
layer together. When polished it gives a luminescence not seen in other
mediums.)
