Media: The encaustics are done on encausticbord (by ampersand) which is a prepared hard board, 1/8" in thickness.

$135 for FRAMED piece. Kuda Hithi is an island in the Maldives. I was asked to chaperone four young women to the Maldives to visit friends. It was an amazingly beautiful place with all the shades of blue you can ever imagine. This encaustic incorporates a toner transfer along with stone spray paint.(Encaustic is a process in which you paint with melted wax, fusing each layer together. When polished it gives a luminescence not seen in other mediums.)
