Media: The encaustics are done on encausticbord (by ampersand) which is a prepared hard board, 1/8" in thickness.

$125 for FRAMED piece. From an elevated section of Central Park one can stand and watch the pedestrians below. This is an encaustic of what I believe to be a father with his daughter, getting ready to take a tandem bike ride together.This encostic incorporates a toner transfer.(Encaustic is a process in which you paint with melted wax, fusing each layer together. When polished it gives a luminescence not seen in other mediums.)
