Media: The encaustics are done on encausticbord (by ampersand) which is a prepared hard board, 1/8" in thickness.

$130 for FRAMED piece. This piece was in a juried show in NYC and is now available for sale. Thursday night is gallery night in the Chelsea district of Manhattan. Receptions abound to show off new work. From the High Line at a certain vantage point, one can look down the cross street and see inside the galleries which are open. This encaustic features a gallery belonging to the National Academy of Design. It incorporates pan pastel, encaustic wax and a toner transfer.
