Media: The encaustics are done on encausticbord (by ampersand) which is a prepared hard board, 1/8" in thickness.

$120 for FRAMED piece. I love the various architecture found in New York City. Sometimes it's nice to have people in the painting to lend perspective and a bit more interest. Grand Street is in Little Italy on the lower east side of Manhattan. This piece incorporates a toner transfer.(Encaustic is a process in which you paint with melted wax, fusing each layer together. When polished it gives a luminescence not seen in other mediums.)
