This week I'll be painting on collaged paper- Always fun with that bumpy patterned underpainting.
Today I've done a portrait of a fun ceramic vessel that my cousin made for me- It has such attitude- makes me smile.

I like to do these small warm-up paintings before a painting session. They loosen me up and get me ready to dive in to my day in the studio. This painting is matted with a backing and slipped into a protective sleeve. It’s ready to pop into a standard 8x10 frame. 9-16-19 warm-up
