2-8-21 warm-up Day 8 in the #28februaryflowers2021 challenge with @amanda_evanston. Today’s prompt was dripping! I decided to use watered down acrylic to lay down a blob of paint, then used a straw to blow the drips around. The blown blobs turned into unusual flowers that might be found underwater. That’s my story. I like to do these small warm-up paintings or studies before a painting session. They loosen me up and get me ready to dive in to my day in the studio. This painting is matted and ready for you to pop into an easy to find 10x8 frame.
