I have series going for Nobel prize winners, Peace Prize winners first. I am admittedly slow because I go from one subject/inspiration/medium to another. Well, I began painting Nadia Murad (Nobel Peace Prize winner 2018) in oil many weeks ago but I was interrupted. Today watercolors called to me so here is a study I am happy with and inspired because how in the moment I was painting her. I love the raw, the free, the color influence on the emotion.
