So I tried an exercise from a book by Debora Stewart on abstract art. Draw with your non-dominant hand. I thought THAT WOULD NOT WORK AT ALL for me. Holy moly... I can draw with my left hand and I thoroughly enjoyed it! Then another lesson was to abstract a portion of anything. So this and another painting finished is a good day.
