Here's a portrait of my best friend, Alan Parker. He's a great poet and novelist. He's published one novel, "The Sun Shines at Midnight" and 500 Haiku poems. Here's a sample of two of them:
Steady falling rain Flowers and trees perk up People complain Mist hangs on dark trees Like soft embracing spirits Reluctant to leave
