Surrealism. Setting sun burning into the landscape. River flow direction indicated by partially submerged arrow. Bushes are really the Calapooia tribe in headdress. This is the Willamette River. The "rocks" on the river edge is actually cement used to stabilize the riverbank. The Corvallis Post Office is only 100 feet away from this view. I sketched the idea for this one while drifting down the river in a canoe with a friend.
