These are leghorn chickens which are the type we had on the farm where I grew up. They are scratching around the barnyard like all chickens do, catching little critters. I enjoy painting chickens because they come in so many colors and have a lot of character.This painting comes matted in a white archival matt with an archival foam core backing.
