I'm trying this year to "upgrade" my skills, so (hopefully) will be painting a lot more. This painting is for the RawUmberStudios Contest (which I know I won't win!), but I need the challenge and needed a deadline. I used a Zorn Pallete, a limited palette consisting of only White, Black, Vermillion (Cadmium Red), and Yellow Ochre. The weather here can be frightful, so there might be a delay (during winter months especially) in shipping off a painting of a few days if the weather is bad or I'm snowed in for a few days. Please remember that all colors display differently, depending on your screen. I have tried to represent the colors as accurately as I can.
