Media: Acrylic on PAPER
Size: 6x6 in
I loved painting this lovely kitty with beautiful luminescent eyes! This is an acrylic painting on a PAPER surface. It is not thin notebook paper, but about the thickness of bristol board. It is specifically made for acrylic painting. I was trying it out and ended up liking how the painting turned out, so here it is! I lowered the price of this particular painting (compared to my other 6x6" paintings) because of the paper substrate. I used a limited palette of "Zorn plus Ultramarine Blue" (White, Cadmium Red Light, Yellow Ochre, Black, and Ultramarine Blue.) Those were all the colors necessary! The painting will come unframed. I will pack it securely with a cardboard backing (probably a blank canvas panel) to make sure it is kept safe during shipping. I try to photograph colors accurately, but please be aware that there will always be variations in how monitors display colors. You may see a slightly regular 'texture' in the photos, that is not a canvas texture, nor is it part of the brushstrokes. I don't notice it too much. However, if you do notice it, please be assured that it is not on the actual painting. It's just in the photos. I loved painting this lovely kitty with beautiful luminescent eyes!
