Media: Oil on approx 1/4" thick panel
Size: 6x6 in
On Hold
Another in my ongoing cat head series. I call this kitty "Sincere Tabby" because he or she looks SOOOOO serious! This is serious kitty business this tabby is thinking about!
This was an especially enjoyable painting for me, because there were so many luscious area of warm and cool, like cool lights with some warm shadows. And what a beautiful cat! The painting is on a 6x6" panel with an approximately 1/4" thick edge. I have painted the edges with a matching color, so the painting can be hung as-is (or can be placed in a standard frame). The panel has a "dovetail" or hanging slot in the back, so it's ready to be hung and needs no wires or hanging accouterments.
