This is a study that I painted in a workshop with Stephanie Birdsall, a wonderful pastel painter who also paints in oils. The set-ups were beautiful and colorful. As usual, I had to wipe of my first start to get a better sense of placement. I will continue to develop this painting but I was pleased with the primary start. Thanks for looking at my artwork!
