Dorna's mother is a wonderful local artist who does beautiful impressionistic figurative work. She convinced Dorna to sit for our portrait session at one of the open studios I attended. Her beautiful dark hair was lightened at the ends and made a very interesting profile. She was a wonderful model and I would love to paint her again.
