This agave is the largest painting I have done to date. It is an American Century Agave plant. I took the photo while visiting the North Carolina Zoo. I painted the agave on a black piece of Gatorbord measuring 3' high by 4' wide- prepped with GOLDEN brand pumice gel. 'Beautiful Monster' was accepted in the 2023 PSA 51st Enduring Brilliance Annual Exhibition! She (Beautiful Monster) was also included in the exhibition at the Butler Institute of America in Youngstown, Ohio! This agave is the largest painting I have done to date.
