This is part of a series of works that I paint directly from sketches, the are called "SKETCH-TRANSFORMATIONS" I sketch almost everyday on public transport and I love to take these sketches back to the studio to paint from them.
It is quite a challenge but with a bit of creativity and imagination I give it a go and it's always interesting to see how they differ or seem to be like the original sketch.
