This is a view of the Big Sioux River near my home. I was struck by how blue it looked this week, so I used several types of blue in this painting! I did this painting in thick oil paint on a gessoed masonite board. It could easily be framed by placing it in a standard photo frame with the glass removed. I ship for free in the US.
