This arched stone bridge built by the CCC around 1941 spans Mill Creek which is fed by Blanchard Spring and flows through the Blanchard Springs recreation area in Mountain View, AR. Mill Creek and other underground springs create Mirror Lake, which surges over a man made dam resulting in a waterfall which once powered Blanchard's gristmill.
