This surprised guy is the second in a series of Cardinal in Kilts. Inspired by a friend being silly after reviewing my Gallery, saying that I should be a painter of cardinals in kilts. So I called her bluff and made this series of 2, so far. As I researched kilts for the right flow in the first one, I came across another kilt that inspired this Cardinals in Kilts and the ever wondering question...what do they wear under their kilt?
