This cardinal was inspired by a friend who looked at my work displayed, in My Gallery, here on DPW. Saying, the my cardinals are good and so are your kilts, going on to comment humorously, "you should do Cardinals in Kilts!" So, I did! This guy is the same template as the cardinal I did on the barn board just in his Sunday best! As I researched kilts for the right flow I came across another kilt that inspired my next Cardinals in Kilts and the ever wondering question...what do they wear under their kilt?
