Have wanted to see the Dolomites for years now. It's very difficult to do without a car. We rented a car and drove the length of the Dolomite Trail, from the Brenner Pass to Bolzano and then on to Cortina d"Ampezzo via Canazei. It's just amazingly rugged and beautiful.
