Several years ago I had a show of artwork all based on the view from bridge 9005 on the Eastern Shore of Maryland. It's just south of Cambridge on Rte. 16, very near the Blackwater Wildlife Refuge. This painting is of the area on the morning of the Winter solstice. Jean has never forgiven me for dragging her there to see the sunrise.
