When we went down to the Southwest desert to camp we kept hearing these birds sing a beautiful song always at sunset. We would look for the birds and it took us several weeks to see them. The 'curved billed thrashers' are great at camouflage. Even after years of hearing them we always go outside to find where the 'sunset birds' singing is coming from. "Sunset Birds" is a pen and watercolor on watercolor paper. The painting is 10" x 20". This painting is unframed and shipped in a large envelope.
