I love early morning walks in the countryside. The air is fresh, flowers open up to the morning sky. Good to be alive!
I use encaustic (hot bee's was and mixed media) to create my paintings. May layers of wax, imagery, drawing, shellac inks, oil pastel, soft pastel, watercolor, oil pigments and many others are added to create a painting. At times I may have 15 layers or more of wax to complete a painting. I use a torch to fuse each layer of wax to each other.
