I painted this little guy from a great photo by Steven Hewitt that I found on Russ Bridges Photographers With Artists FB page. Have to say it was a challenge for me! I did change the color scheme, and the perspective of his photo. This little guy won an Award of Distingction in the Gallery 4% Animal Art Contest.
