I grew up on a farm, and we had horses. To paint a horse comes naturally for me, because of this. But with this painting I wanted to paint with a minimal pallete. It is painted with only 4 colours. A variation of a blue, a red, a yellow and white. I loved how it all turned out and was a lesson for me. This painting is currently at 2024 Vancouver Salon Exhibition with Federation of Canadian Artists. It can be purchased through them. If you would like to buy it email me.
