This piece was inspired by the "High Lonesome" an area in the panhandle of Texas. The bluebonnets in central texas were blooming as we traveled through, so I added them to this image. The old wagon was a lobster cart from our trip to Maine, but the painting needed something in the front...hence...East meets West was finished.
