This is an oil I did while housesitting for a friend. It all started with a snow storm. I was sitting in the breakfast room, watching sleet bounce of the porch and enjoying the comfort of this wonderful old home and all the antiques. One thing led to another. I liked the composition but the painting still lacked something so, I added the crack in the wall.
