It was a bright, sunny day and the cobalt blue windows in the pure white marble crypt cast the angel in shades of blue. There was no religious intention to this painting. I simply found the color and figure beautiful. Some connect it with Doctor Who, which makes me smile as I am quite the sci-fi nerd! Thank you for viewing.
