This is the actual painting and oil of a house that was abandoned... its was a turn of the century a railroad home in an old southern town called Acworth Georgia. Parents my parents and my kids sister lived here until this year when they moved out the owner's decided to tear it down and rebuild it I'm always really sad when they tear down these old homes and old trees I took a picture of it right before they tore it down after they had taken a window or two out. I am experimenting with oil paint this is the first that I've rendered using mostly pallette knife.
