Painted on location from a covered observation area for birdwatchers at Pickerington Ponds in Canal Winchester, Ohio. While I didn't see any ducks, I did get to see a beautiful heron fishing. This is a very quiet and peaceful park to visit! Fall season is fast approaching here since it's been so dry. I think you can feel that in my painting. It will look beautiful framed and on your wall!
