I am a realist painter living in Portland, Oregon. I am fortunate to be able to work on my art full-time from home. My goals are to enjoy what I do, create magical art,  and provide beautiful, original art at affordable prices.

I began painting when I retired from teaching. I work mainly with oil paints, and occasionally I will use paper or gold leaf to try something new. I love to paint animals, landscapes, flowers, people, and just about anything that interests me. Sometimes, I will submit a painting to a gallery or shop, but mostly I sell from this site. I post my work on Facebook and Instagram and provide links to the paintings I advertise.

For the past two years I have entered paintings into the Oregon State Fair. In 2023 I won first place in the Fine Arts division, and in 2024 one of my paintings received the Judge's Choice award.
