Painting has always been my first love, and I have been literally drawing and painting since I was a small child. I like to explore new techniques and I work in a variety of mediums, including oils and pastels. However, my real love is oil painting and I am constantly intrigued by their brilliant luminosity- so the main body of my work is done in this medium. My work reflects the natural beauty of California as well as the people who live there.
