Hello, My name is Debbie, and I am an artist living in upstate NY. I have always had a very strong interest in art ever since I was a child. I grew up drawing and painting, experimenting with watercolors, acrylic, oil paints, pen and ink, etc, and always reading and collecting art books, magazines, and taking occasional workshop classes at the local art gallery.

In the last 15 years or so, I have focused on oil painting, and offer my small oil paintings for sale online.

 

I usually paint from life, and most often choose to paint still life paintings. I love to create colorful, quiet, peaceful paintings in a realistic style. I always use Artists' grade fine art materials for the best quality.

 

I am continually learning, painting and exploring, and enjoying my artistic journey. I also love spending time viewing the art of others, either visiting galleries or exploring online. Art is such a joy for me, it's what I look forward to every day.
