The "Vehicle in Snow" series continues with my latest painting. The title suggests more than a rusting car from the past. To me this vehicle is seen as an iconic relic of a past time which was very different and very romantic. As a young child I can remember the duck tailed greasers and poodle skirted girls along with the doo wop singing groups. When I see this painting, those memories are recalled.
