I rarely do as much detail as this drawing shows, but the plumage called for it this time. This graphite drawing depicts an owl with vivid green eyes and a yellow beak, creating a striking contrast and emphasizes the expression in the eyes. This owlet is part of my Bad Hair Day Series.
