I love rainy days and I love to paint wet street scenes! It really brings a grey, sunless day to life! I painted this en plein air in Harrisburg, PA. The storm had just past, and it had dumped a lot of rain. I painted by my car just in case it decided to continue... But, it didn't and I had a wonderful evening.
