This week is probably the last when these majestic bright pink magnolias bloom in the bay area. I was fortunate to capture the photos of the bloom at its peak and later paint fron the photo reference. Bold brushwork, contrasting hues, and various shades of pink made the process of painting very delightful. More pictures are available, let me know. Thank you for viewing.
